Wiped Film Distillation is also called as Spinning Band Distillation, Short Path Distillation, Thin Film Distillation or Molecular Distillation. Now the wiped film evaporator distillation is widely used in CBD and hemp Oil Distillation field.

J-Full jacketed designed for heat tracing pipelines of feeding & discharging, especial for high viscous feeding material or solid material in room temperature.
P- Preheating & degassing feeding vessel, especial for high viscous feeding material or solid material in room temperature or need pretreatment before distillation.
E- External condenser realizes fractional distillation.
T- Closed coil tube type cold trap to replace the traditional open jacketed type cold trap, user can choose -80°C or -120°C chiller to cryogenic refrigerator/chiller to realize auto cooling.
C- Completed Sealing High Temperature Main Heater to reach 300°C in the distillation process. Also, the heater is no smell and smoke when running, no need to change the thermal oil in long time.
D- Diffusion pump is to enchase the vacuum degree to 0.001mbar/0.1Pa.
G1-1 Set of Gear Pump realizes the auto continuous feeding, no need to stop or beak vacuum when do next batch distillation.
