Instrument Introduction

Also called Polypeptide Solid-phase Synthesis Reactor, the Glass Process Filter Reactor is mainly used in pharmaceutical, chemical, laboratory institutions such as organic synthesis experiment; also it is the main instrument of pilot-scale test for biochemical pharmacy enterprises.

The Filtration Glass Reactor is available in both single-layer and jacketed Type

► The Unjacketed Glass Vessel Filter Reactor is mainly used for filtration under ordinary temperatures, atmospheric or negative pressure;

► The jacket Glass Vessel Filter Reactor is mainly used for filtration under high or low temperatures, atmospheric or negative pressure.

The interlayer can be connected to cooling or heating equipment, enabling the reaction or crystallization temperature to be precisely controlled. Temperature control range: -80℃~200℃

Instrument Features

■ All the glass components are high borosilicate glass 3.3 material, has excellent physical and chemical performance  

■ Interface of joints are Uniform grinding mouths with PTFE sealing rings, the reactor vacuum degree can reach 0.098 Mpa in a static state

■ Charging neck supports negative pressure feeding

■ Discharging neck is no dead angle PTFE discharge valve

■ Digital display stir speed, frequency conversion speed control, steady working 

■ Stirring rod is stainless steel with a full PTFE coating, making it seamless, residue-free and more convenient for cleaning

► Jacketed layers (jacketed reactor), enabling cooling or heating liquids to circulate, and the unique liquid intake mode makes heat conduction faster and more uniform

■ Specially-designed filter plate enables the equipment to withstand up to 100 kg of liquid pressure and avoid any dead volume occurring at the bottom

■ Filtration unit connects with flanges and PTFE material, convenient for disassembly, cleaning and replacement

■ Glass sand core filter, economical and practical
