Triple Layer Jacketed Glass Reactors
Instrument Introduction
The Triple Layer Jacketed Vessel Chemical Process Reactor is designed with three layers of glass. Reaction materials can be placed in the inner layer, which can vacuumize and regular stir, at the same time, middle interlayer can lead in refrigeration liquid, water or high temperature liquid for heating or cooling, the out interlayer can be used to keep constant temperature by vacuumizing. Product can be matched with the vacuum pump, cooling circulator, heating circulator to constitute a system device.
It is perfect instrument in experiment, pilot-scale test and production of chemical, fine chemical, biological, pharmaceutical and new material synthesis.

■ High borosilicate glass 3.3 material, has excellent physical and chemical performance
■ Can be used in wide temperature range from high temperature (200°C) to low temperature (-80°C)
■ Digital display stir speed, frequency conversion speed control, steady working
■ PTFE sealing component, or silicon carbide ceramic mechanical sealing, no metal ion dissolve out
■ Can work in normal pressure or vacuum, vacuum degree can reach 0.098 Mpa in a static state
■ PTFE glass-jacketed discharge valve features completed reactions and No-dead angel, easy discharging and cleaning
■ The structures of the inner tank and jacket are designed to have no blind side and be corrosion resistant and pollution-free
■ Cooling or heating solution in the interlayer can be completely drained after reaction, no fluid accumulates
